Video games have been an integral part of his life, so much so that he prefers being called his gamer name Phoenix than his real name. Playing video games since birth, he has fond memories of getting the high score in Virtua Cop 2, coming back from school to play the demo map of Heroes of Might & Magic 3 over and over again, and exploring the vast universe in Freelancer.

Having grown up to become a software developer so that he can sit in front of a PC all day, he has finally decided to learn game dev and chronicle his journey on the web.

His dream is to revive the Heroes of Might & Magic game series by making a worthy successor to HOMM III & V. On the off chance that someone manages to make it before, they will have his eternal gratitude.
